Google and PayPal act as our payment acceptance agents. You purchase from us as the retailer. All orders via these two channels are tax free. We are a Delaware corporation and Delaware has no sales tax.
SWREG is a software retailer, based in Minnesota. When this channel is used, your transaction is between you and SWREG. However, when your transaction is completed, SWREG notifies us and order fulfilment is then provided by us from this web site.
- EU residents subject to VAT should use this channel, as the VAT is figured into the purchase.
- Minnesota residents using this channel are charged 6.5% sales tax.

Our online technical support is administered by Google Groups using a private group restricted to licensees. We do not use or share any personal information exposed to us by this service. The membership list is available only to our staff. We do not use it for any purpose, and do not share it with any other party.
