Product page access requirements: Product Page
  • A current product update subscription

    • You were given unique login ID and password with your license

    • Your license includes a one year update subscription (See Details page) 

  • You must accept our security certificate.  This is a self-signed cert.  We will not be in your browser's authority database.  If you accept the cert permanently, your browser will add us to its database.  You should only have to do this once unless you reinstall the browser.


Support group access requirements: Tech Support
  • The tech support group is a private Google Group

  • Before you can read the group, you must be a member

  • Your membership is based on a Google login ID

  • We approve all licensees for membership, but only licensees

    • If you include a Google ID on your registration it will be pre-approved. (you can have many Google IDs - this does not have to be the same ID you use for other groups)

    • If we have not pre-approved your ID:

      • Login to Google with the ID you want to use in the group

      • Click here Subscribe

      • Approval of your membership may take up to 48 hours

    • The same Google login will be required for each subsequent access
