support group is a private Google Group

Before you
can read the group, you must be a member

Your
membership is based on a Google login ID

We approve
all licensees for membership, but only licensees

If you
include a Google ID on your registration it
will be pre-approved. (you can have many Google IDs - this does not
have to be the same ID you use for other groups)

have not pre-approved your ID:

The same
Google login will be required for each subsequent access
